LEARN ABOUT END USERS, THEIR GOALS AND TASKS

We interviewed Memento's trainers and Solution Architects, because they work directly with customers. We sought to learn and consolidate their collective wisdom on end users. They helped us define the product's key end users, their needs, goals, and tasks.

Based on what we learned, we knew which users to talk to and the type of questions to ask. We helped our client recruit end users and put together a moderator guide to structure our conversations.
